You will need to specify Model Number, Name of Light, Quantity, Size, Metal Finish, Glass Type,
and Lamping for each light as indicated on the product pages.
Where applicable, specify Overall Height (ceiling to bottom of glass), if Sloped Ceiling
or if you desire Etched Detail * on glass.
Consult our * manufacturer upcharge sheet for information about upcharges on options.

Being clear with your order is essential to manufacturing the lights you specify.

A 50% deposit is required to put your order into production (unless other arrangements have been made with our Santa Cruz office).
If a credit card is used for the deposit, we will charge the remaining balance on the card when the order is completed, invoiced and shipped. Shipping charges will be added at invoicing.
Accepted methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Check and Cash.


All prices are F.O.B. Santa Cruz, CA. We take great care in packing and shipping your order. Our shipping charges are based on the number and size of boxes, their weight, and destination. Please account for shipping costs in your budget. All orders may be picked up at our Santa Cruz, CA. location.


Return for store credit only. A 25% restocking fee will be charged. Items returned must be in saleable condition.
