You will need to specify Model Number, Name of Light, Quantity, Size, Metal Finish, Glass Type, and Lamping for each light as indicated on the product pages. Where applicable, specify Overall Height (ceiling to bottom of glass), if Sloped Ceiling or if you desire Etched Detail * on glass. Consult our * manufacturer upcharge sheet for information about upcharges on options. Being clear with your order is essential to manufacturing the lights you specify. A 50% deposit is required to put your order into production (unless other arrangements have been made with our Santa Cruz office). If a credit card is used for the deposit, we will charge the remaining balance on the card when the order is completed, invoiced and shipped. Shipping charges will be added at invoicing.
